A lot of updates...

So it's been 3 years...
I have been very busy on every birthday, random occasion and a Wedding practicing my baking skills.
I have made GF/DF sponge, Madeira, Raspberry Coulis buttercreams, Carrot cakes, Blue variant colour sponge.... the list goes on... so here is a preview of the finished cakes.

Next challenge for littlest's birthday is the Twirlywoos... which has to be Gluten and dairy free....wish me luck!!
